2025 Taipei Spring Festival Holiday: Lantern Festival and Spring Festival Activities to Be Held Day and Night to Welcome the Year of the Snake

1.Taipei City will hold a series of celebration activities during the 2025 Spring Festival, including Taipei New Year Street, Taipei Lantern Festival, Yangmingshan Flower Season and LOHAS Night Cherry Blossom Season.

2.The Taipei Lantern Festival will take the lead in lighting up the city’s light corridor on January 24th and officially launch on February 2nd. It will work collaboratively with the business district and the temples in the West District to provide visitors with diverse experiences such as lantern viewing, shopping, food and more. 

3.The Yangmingshan Flower Season utilizes the theme of Disney Princesses and will be launched officially on January 24 at the same time as the Lohas Night Cherry Blossom Season. Both provide visitors with a rich itinerary of flower appreciation during daytime and lantern viewing at night.

4. Other activities: The Yuanling Lantern Festival from February 10th to 16th, and the Taipei Lantern Festival Fun and Creative Photography Competition.
